Prestige Group Chairman to Deliver Keynote at 45th FIABCI Global Leadership Summit

The 45th FIABCI Global Leadership Summit is pleased to announce Irfan Razack, Chairman of Prestige Group, as a keynote speaker for this year’s edition. Prestige Group is the main event sponsor of the Summit.
With more than four decades of experience in real estate, Razack is widely recognized as one of India’s leading industry figures. Since co-founding Prestige Estates Projects Limited in 1986 with his brothers, he has played a central role in transforming the family business into one of India’s most prominent real estate companies.
Under his leadership, Prestige Group has developed a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments across major Indian markets. His strategic vision, entrepreneurial approach, and focus on quality and innovation have helped establish the company as a leading name in India’s rapidly evolving real estate sector.
Razack’s contributions to the industry have earned him numerous honors and recognitions, including an Honorary Doctorate from Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ballari. Beyond business, he is also committed to philanthropy and initiatives supporting education, healthcare, community development, and sustainability.
As a keynote speaker at the 45th FIABCI Global Leadership Summit, Razack will bring his extensive experience and perspective to discussions on the future of real estate, emerging opportunities, and the forces shaping the global built environment.
