Ciputra Group supports the Government in the Covid-19 Inoculation Program

Through Ciputra Hospital, Ciputra Group continues its commitment to support the government in the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination program. After successfully inoculating the elderly at Ciputra Mall Tangerang and Ciputra Artpreneur Jakarta in March 2021, the program was continued with the vaccination of small and medium business owners at Ciputra Artpreneur Jakarta on April 1 and 5, 2021.

The opening of the vaccination for SME owners took place on Thursday, April 1, 2021. It was attended by the Indonesian Minister of Cooperatives and SME’s Teten Masduki, representatives of the Indonesian Ministry of Health, representatives of Jakarta Municipality, Ciputra Group Managing Director Budiarsa Sastrawinata, members of senior management of Ciputra Group., the management of Ciputra Hospital, and Ciputra World 1 Jakarta hospitals, as well as the Chairman of the Indonesian Shopping Center Management Association (APPBI) DKI Jakarta.

The Indonesian Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs, Teten Masduki expressed his appreciation to Ciputra Group for its active role in supporting the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination. The involvement of the private sector will expand the reach of vaccine recipients nationwide. 1,500 SME owners in the greater Jakarta area were to receive vaccinations on April 1, 2021, and then the rest on April 5, 2021. The SME category includes all groups of small and medium-scale entrepreneurs who are in shopping centers and trade areas in Jakarta Province.

The vaccination program carried out by Ciputra Hospital at Ciputra Artpreneur Jakarta had previously been held exclusively for the elderly and teachers. The inoculation program has been running since March 26 and has vaccinated 12,021 teachers and the elderly. Previously, Ciputra Hospital had also supported the government in the Covid-19 Vaccination program for the elderly in Tangerang Regency and its surroundings, located at Ciputra Tangerang Mall. The activity on March 16-27, 2021 was supported by the medical personnel of Ciputra Hospital CitraRaya Tangerang. The Indonesian Minister of Health Budi Gunadi Sadikin visited Ciputra Mall Tangerang to see how the inoculation process took place.

Ciputra World 1 Jakarta Vaccination Center was initiated by the Ciputra World 1 Jakarta Directors and Ciputra Hospital-Ciputra Medical Center Directors, which received approval from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Health Office aiming to support government’s programs in accelerating the vaccination program for the elderly and public servants, with a capacity of 1,500 dosages per day.
