Inmointer 17: Innovation, Youth, Female Talent and Green Buildings
Once again, APCE - Asociación de Promotores Constructores de Edificios de Barcelona opened its doors to real estate professionals looking to discuss all things Spanish market and the internationalization of the industry. The topics chosen for the 17th edition of Inmointer concentrated on discussions around the future of real estate, innovation and young generations, green buildings, the role of women in the sector, among others.
World President Walid Moussa was guest of honor and talked to the audience about FIABCI’s work in the international arena, with a perspective on the future of the industry. A full interview to Idealista regarding this subject can be found here.
The speakers and panelists that took part in the several sessions of the event represent some of the key players of the industry including Idealista, Badi, and Inèdit.
Real Estate Coach, Entrepreneur and International Speaker Carlos Rentalo delivered a thought-provoking presentation, emphasizing the need to make use of emotions when conducting business and urging real estate agents in particular to be more empathetic, listening to their clients, as well as trying to understand their problems and motivations. That way, Rentalo added, agents have the power to anticipate the needs of their customers and thus take advantage of opportunities that will arise.
