FIABCI Celebrates Oxford Future of Real Estate Program Graduates at Saïd Business School
For the second consecutive year, FIABCI celebrated the laureates of Module 1 - Oxford Future of Real Estate Program, part of the FIABCI Certified Global Real Estate Professional (FCP) designation. The program is delivered in collaboration with University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School, reinforcing the initiative’s academic rigor and global relevance for real estate professionals.
The ceremony marked more than the recognition of participants who successfully completed the first module. It also served as a broader forum for reflection on the evolving real estate landscape, bringing together industry leaders, academics, and program participants to exchange insights on emerging trends shaping the sector worldwide.
A central feature of the event was a panel discussion on the future of real estate, moderated by Professor Andrew Baum, Emeritus Professor of Practice at University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School. The discussion explored key industry shifts, including technology-driven transformation, sustainability pressures, and changing investment dynamics across global markets.
In addition to the academic and professional discussions, attendees participated in a guided tour of Oxford, offering a closer look at the university’s historic setting and intellectual heritage. The experience complemented the program’s focus on bridging tradition with forward-looking perspectives in real estate education.
FIABCI also expressed appreciation to the Module 1 Strategic Partner, Eye of Riyadh, for its continued support in advancing the program and contributing to its international reach.
The FCP designation continues to position itself as a global benchmark for professional development in real estate. For more information about the program, interested parties may contact designation@fiabci.org.
