2027 World Prix d'Excellence Awards – Nominations Are Now Officially Open!
Oct 16, 2026 Latest News
FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation, is now accepting nominations for the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2027, the most prestigious recognition of real estate projects worldwide.
The Awards honour outstanding achievements across a wide range of categories, highlighting projects that exemplify innovation, sustainability, community value, and architectural excellence.
The World Prix d’Excellence Awards is more than an award, it's a global platform to showcase your vision, innovation, and leadership. Past winners have gone on to receive international acclaim and elevate their brand reputation across borders.
To be eligible, projects must first win their respective national chapter’s award (for chapters having its own award competition in the country). In countries without a FIABCI chapter award, completed eligible projects may be submitted for consideration.
Please click the Link to access the Online Nomination & Registration Form.
All nominations must be submitted on or before 31 December 2026.
Projects from all sectors, residential, commercial, industrial, heritage, environmental, and mixed-use are welcome. A total of nineteen categories are available for your participation. Recognition at this level isn’t just an accolade, it’s a catalyst for growth, influence, and legacy.
Let your project inspire the world. Nominate today and take your creations among the best in global real estate. Act NOW!
