FIABCI-Ukraine at MIPIM 2026: from presence to partnerships

MIPIM is where global real estate strategies take shape — and FIABCI-Ukraine contributed not only by representing Ukraine, but by shaping its reconstruction agenda.

Alissa Bankovska highlighted resilient, mixed-use urban ecosystems beyond housing. Sergiy Drach expanded the Young Members network. Yevgen Savchenko promoted Ukrainian investment projects internationally. Yulia Loktionova demonstrated commercial real estate resilience. Tetiana Voronina advanced inclusive urban mobility.

Kateryna Pylypchuk presented bio-based construction and a public health training center concept with Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health based on PIXUB and Modulina Construction Technology.

A cooperation MoU with Andriy Sadovyi connected Lviv to FIABCI’s global network. Another MoU with Teresa Kinney strengthened MLS alignment.
