Serhii Drach is a new FIABCI YMC VP

Starting in June 2026, Serhii Drach — a distinguished young member of FIABCI-Ukraine — will assume the role of Second Vice-President of the FIABCI Young Members Committee.
This appointment marks the beginning of his two-year leadership term, during which he will collaborate closely with the First Vice-President and the Committee President to shape a long-term global strategy for the Young Members community.
Following the established leadership progression, Serhii will subsequently serve:
- two years as First Vice-President, and
- two years as President of the FIABCI Young Members Committee,
at which point he will also join the FIABCI Board, contributing to the federation’s strategic decisions at the highest international level.
This milestone is not only a recognition of Serhii’s achievements and leadership potential but also a strong signal of FIABCI-Ukraine’s dynamic role within the global federation.
As FIABCI, we wish our young generation courage and vision, dedication, and the ability to fully seize the opportunities that the organization provides to emerging professionals. These opportunities include — but are not limited to —
- mentorship from the most experienced real estate leaders,
- education through the Oxford Saïd Business School program,
- international exchange programs,
- scholarships,
- Young Members study trips, and
- internships across the global FIABCI network.
We firmly believe that the next decade of FIABCI’s development will be shaped by talented young professionals like Serhii, whose leadership, ideas, and global mindset will elevate the community and strengthen the federation’s impact worldwide.
