Taiwan Can Help— FIABCI-Taiwan Hosts a Sharing Session on the Development of the “Taiwan Center for World Citizens” in Turkey
Taiwan Can Help— FIABCI-Taiwan Hosts First Morning Talk for 2026 on the Humanitarian Works in Turkey and Syria
On February 5, Architect Marshall Yang was invited to FIABCI-Taiwan’s Morning Talk event and shared his experience of designing and constructing “the Taiwan–Reyhanli World Citizens Center”. Located near the Turkish-Syrian border, the center was initiated and maintained by donations from Taiwanese architects and philanthropists, and serves as a critical humanitarian institution providing education, employment opportunities, and shelter for Syrian refugees and disadvantaged local communities.
The center represents a concrete manifestation of Taiwan’s humanitarian capacity. It clearly demonstrates Taiwan’s meaningful contribution to international humanitarian works and is a vivid example of the Taiwan Can Help concept. The discussion during the session was lively and inspiring, further motivating fellow FIABCI-Taiwan members to contribute support to humanitarian works worldwide.
