Commitment to sustainable performance and development program

Budiarsa Sastrawinata, Managing Director of Ciputra Group stated that the implementation of the Sustainable Development Program had been carried out consistently in Ciputra’s real estate projects such as the "EcoCulture" program, developed to create an environmentally-friendly community. This includes the use of environmentally-friendly building materials, the development of energy-efficient houses, solid and liquid waste treatment processes, and the provision of green open spaces.
The Ciputra Group also runs an Environmental Conservation Program such as tree planting and river cleaning in the residential neighbourhood. The provision of eco-friendly energy sources such as the use of solar panels as energy sources for street lighting, traffic lights, as well as another lighting within the project areas has been initiated. In addition, Ciputra Group also applies an energy-saving program which is carried out by the use of the “Green Building” concept in all high-rise projects enfolding its architectural design, landscape, and building management.
