FIABCI-Taiwan starts the year with morning talk by Architect Arthur Huang of Miniwiz
FIABCI-Taiwan kicked off the year with the chapter's morning talk held on January 10 at the Palais de Chine Hotel. In her opening remarks, President Lily Chang reiterated their continuous efforts to recruit young talents and next-generation leaders through these morning series. Also, the FIABCI-Taiwan morning talk series is conducted in English, offering participants who are non-native speakers a chance to sharpen their English listening and speaking skills.
This time, participants were excited to have world-renowned Architect Arthur Huang speak about his projects of turning waste into building materials at this year’s first-morning talk. Founder and CEO of Miniwiz, Architect Huang started by elaborating on the traditional concept of natural and synthetic, and then presented cases where building wastes, such as cigarette buds and bags for construction materials, can be turned into quality building materials with just the right means. Participants found the presentation extremely informative and many thoughts were thoroughly exchanged.
FIABCI-Taiwan Vice President, David Tang, also shared insights from the recent 42nd Global Leadership Summit in Riyadh. This is almost a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience for many of those coming from Asia. FIABCI-Taiwan delegates were all amazed by Riyadh's achievements and future development plans.
