FIABCI-Ukraine Elects New Leadership
The Ukrainian chapter of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI-Ukraine) joyfully announces the results of its democratic elections held during the annual congress on October 26, 2023.
Serhii Frolov has been elected as the chapter president for a two-year term, demonstrating his dedication to the organization and its future development. In his program, he emphasized the chapter's role as a primary platform for entering Ukraine's real estate market, even in times of martial law. He highlighted participation in reconstruction projects through committee involvement and adherence to new market standards. President Frolov expressed gratitude to the previous board and acknowledged the chapter's significance in these challenging times for Ukraine. He thanked former president Viktoria Teslitska for her work and support.
The nomination of Vice President Kateryna Pylypchuk, proposed by Serhii Frolov, received unanimous approval, underscoring the members' high confidence in the new team. The new FIABCI-Ukraine board includes past-president Viktoria Teslitska, brokers committee chair Olena Malenkova, council members Georgiy Khioni, Anna Koval, Volodymyr Shalaev, Viktor Nesin, and Viktor Leshchinsky, with honorary president Telman Abbasov.
FIABCI-Ukraine anticipates a period of growth and collaboration under this competent leadership and looks forward to welcoming individuals, companies, and organizations as part of the federation.
