The New Hospitality Value Map

Hotel investment in Spain reached €2.46 billion in the first half of 2026, representing a 26.5% increase compared with the same period last year. The figures highlight the continued appeal of the Spanish hospitality market, supported by strong tourism demand and the arrival of new capital.

Against this backdrop, the Hospitality Real Estate Forum, taking place in Madrid on October 8, will bring together investors, owners, operators and developers to examine the trends, challenges and opportunities shaping the next chapter of the hospitality sector.
