Already a FIREC? Here’s What the New FCP Designation Means for You

Since the launch of the FIABCI Certified Global Real Estate Professional (FCP) Designation, many members, especially current FIREC holders, have been asking what this new program means for them.
At the 75th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress in June, the Board of Directors approved a special pathway designed specifically for FIREC holders. This pathway recognizes your prior achievement while offering greater flexibility in completing the FCP program:
- Module 3 (Case Studies) is optional
- Only one Global Event (instead of two) is required within two years
It is important to note that:
- Modules 1 and 2 remain compulsory for all candidates
- The registration fee remains unchanged
Key Date: Registration for the 2nd cohort is open until September 21, with the program beginning in October 2025.

Exclusive Access & Expanded Capacity
The program is exclusively available to FIABCI regular members, as well as members of our Principal Members who have joined the Associate Membership Program. Due to high demand, we have doubled the number of available spots to 100 places.
