Master Real Estate Award 2025 Celebrates National Excellence with 25 Projects Honoured Across Brazil

The Master Real Estate Award (”Prêmio Master Imobiliário” in Portuguese), promoted by FIABCI-Brasil and Secovi-SP, celebrated its 31st edition in 2025, reaffirming its prominent role in the industry by recognizing and celebrating the projects and professionals who are transforming the Brazilian real estate landscape.

The ceremony took place on September 30 at the Clube Atlético Monte Líbano in São Paulo, gathering around 1,000 guests, including award winners, sponsors, authorities, and industry leaders. The evening was further distinguished by the special presence of FIABCI World President, Antonio Campagnoli, underscoring the international relevance of the award.

During the ceremony, Presidents Flavio Amary and Rodrigo Luna, representing FIABCI-Brasil and Secovi-SP, highlighted the importance of fiscal balance, structural reforms, and efficient public policies for Brazil’s sustainable development. They recognized the real estate sector as a key driver of the economy and a significant contributor to job creation. According to both presidents, Brazil has strategic potential as the “breadbasket of the world” and a leader in renewable energy, and can achieve even greater results with pragmatic policies, lower interest rates, and incentives for productive investments.

Hosted by journalists Lenny Leone and Rodolfo Schneider, the event featured the theme “Technology and Artificial Intelligence in service of the real estate future” and recognized 25 outstanding projects selected by the judging committee, in addition to the Hors Concours, chosen by the organizers.

With a visionary and inspirational narrative, the show projected the audience into the year 2075, celebrating 50 years of industry transformation and reflecting on how this revolution began and went on to shape the way we live, build, and plan cities.
