Toronto to Host the 77th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress

The 77th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress will be held in Toronto, Canada, from May 24–28, 2027. The official announcement was made during the closing ceremony of the 76th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress in Vienna, highlighted by the traditional flag handover.

Representatives from FIABCI-Austria, led by Matthias Gass, formally passed the federation flag to counterparts from FIABCI-Canada, including President Aziz Kanjee, along with delegates from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), which will co-host the event.

TRREB was represented by Daniel Steinfeld, President, Anna Michaelidis, President-Elect, John DiMichele, CEO, Kevin Crigger, Associate CEO, and Ticha Musiyiwa, Executive Assistant to the CEO.

Hosted by FIABCI-Canada in partnership with the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, the congress will feature discussions focused on PropTech, sustainable development, and affordable housing.
