FIABCI-Taiwan Celebrates Successful Annual General Meeting and Expansion of Leadership
FIABCI-Taiwan proudly announces the successful conclusion of its Annual General Meeting held on November 21, 2023, at the prestigious Grand Hyatt in Taipei.
The highlight of the event was the re-election of Ms. Lily Chang as the President of FIABCI-Taiwan. President Chang, who currently serves as the President of Treasure Dragon, a prominent developer based in Taichung, has been a driving force in the real estate industry, leading with dedication and vision for nearly 35 years.
In a significant development, FIABCI-Taiwan expanded its board to include 27 directors and 7 supervisors, enhancing the association's leadership team. The board now boasts three Vice Presidents, namely David Tang, Paul Chen and the newly appointed Ting-Fang Lin, Chairman of China Metal Products, Co. Ltd. Mr. Lin's wealth of experience is expected to contribute significantly to the strategic direction of FIABCI-Taiwan.
The Annual General Meeting was preceded by the Real Estate Excellence Award forum, themed "Better City, Better Life," reflecting our commitment to advancing sustainable and high-quality urban development.
Distinguished guests at the event included Wen-Tsan Cheng, Vice-Premier of the Republic of China, and Ching-Chun Hua, Deputy Ministry of the Interior of Taiwan. Their presence highlighted the importance of the real estate sector in contributing to the nation's economic and social development.
