The Federation of the Real Estate Development Associations of the Republic of China was founded in 1992 to coordinate member relations and to improve the services offered to its members. The federation has several missions, including representing the interests of its members before the government and helping to promote the policies of the government to its members. The federation also participates in the planning and regulation of architecture, city planning, zoning and rebuilding.
