The School of Real Estate offers a four year course in the economic, financial, legal and management aspects of property. The course is developed in co-operation with the Dutch Association of Real Estate Agents NVM and the Ministries of Economic Affairs and of Education. The course is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors RICS. Graduates receive a bachelor’s degree in management, economics and law with a specialization in real estate.
