The Real Estate Companies Association of Japan (RECAJ) has a membership of 208 Japanese leading real estate companies. RECAJ’s mission is to promote the real estate industry related to housing and urban redevelopment, thereby developing the Japanese real estate Industry in general, and ultimately contributing to social and economic development of Japan. Amongst the services RECAJ provides to its members are research, dissemination of knowledge and the publication of studies and reports.
