ANACI, Italian Administrative Association of Condominiums and Real Estate agencies was formed in 1995 from the fusion of ANAI, which exists since 1970 and AICI, formed in 1974. ANACI counts over 7000 members and is present throughout Italy with headquarters in Rome. ANACI organises professional courses in all regions and published a guide entitled “Living in a Condominium” in collaboration with the National Notaries Council.
