The SNPI (National Union of Real Estate Professionals) was founded in 1960, with the mission of regulating the real estate professions in France, and bringing about reforms desirable for the industry as a whole. Entirely dedicated to defending the profession and its end-users, the SNPI works as much with public authorities and institutions as with its own members. It is in permanent contact with the relevant ministries as regards the drafting or modification of legislative or regulatory texts concerning the real estate industry (professional status, joint ownership status, land use and administration policy etc…). With over 6000 members, the SNPI is the principal French union in this sector.
