The French National Federation of Property Developers is the only professional body which represents private sector developers in France. It defines ethical policy for its members and ensures they abide by this code. The FPC France has frequent contact with French administrative, governmental and parliamentary authorities, and it participates actively in various committees to formulate bills which concern the activities of its members.
