Hoang Quan Corporation (HQC) is the leading Social Housing Developer in Vietnam. Its Chairman and CEO, Mr. Truong Anh Tuan, is spear-heading the formation of the FIABCI-Vietnam Chapter.

HQC has recently signed a memorandum of understanding with Global Emerging Markets who will be investing $20,000,000 over the next 30 months in HQC’s shares.
Total investment of HQC Binh Minh social housing project is about 610 billion VND. The total area is 39,138.6 m2, including 4 of 7-storey blocks with 1,863 apartments. The project is located in Binh Minh Industrial Park (162ha) in Binh Minh Commune, Vinh Long Province which is the key economic interregional South West area, positioned respectively adjacent to national highway 1A, Hau River and the Dong Thanh River, next to the Binh Minh Port, Can Tho Bridge, 5 km from Can Tho City,15 km away from Tra Noc International Airport, 124 km from Ho Chi Minh City.
Due to its prime location, HQC Binh Minh social housing project not only incorporates existing facilities such as kindergartens, clinic, gym, Junior Recreation center, living community, cafe and restaurants but also is fully leveraged by regional facilities such as Binh Minh Scenic Landscape Complex, Binh Minh marina,Binh Minh kindergartens, Cai Von A primary schools, My Hoa Secondary school, Can Tho University, Binh Minh Hospital, Hoan My Hospital, My Hoa market, Binh Minh Market and Big C Can Tho supermarket.
Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) provided a sponsorship a 30,000 billion loan package to the investor and clients of HQC Binh Minh Social Housing Project. Customers can borrow a maximum of 80% of the house within 15 years at an interest rate not exceeding 6%/year.
The project will be completed in sections and is expected to use from Quarter III/2016 (Block CC1) to Quarter IV/2017 (block CC2, CC3, CC4).
At the event, Hoang Quan Mekong Company also organized HQC Binh Minh Kindegarten ground-breaking ceremony and formally signed the contract for the lease of land 50,000m2 of Binh Minh Industrial Zone with GreenFeed Company within 50 years with a total contract value of 63.33 billionVND. This has raised the occupancy to 55%. Previously, the company has signed a lease for a 7020m2 warehouse to Logitem Vietnam Holding & Investment Company Limited with a total contract value of 38.9 billion VND.
