Riga - Young Members Conference
Young Member Events are organised annually. In 2005 a particularly successful conference was organised in Riga, with the theme Central and Western Europe, the Future in Real Estate. The two day conference included panorama presentations on each of the Baltic states, and the following forums :

  • The Uniform Real Estate Market in the European Union: overcoming of distinctions, exchange of experiences
  • Risk Management: How to control and support activity of real estate agents
  • MLS (Multiple Listing Services): An opportunity for the developing markets
  • Prospective opportunities for investments into the different Baltic states

Cartagena - Americas Congress 2005

For the first time in FIABCI history, young members were granted free access to this superb event. Accommodation was also free for those under 35! To encourage young people to experience the FIABCI family and learn from others.

Brussels December Business Meetings 2005

There was a star turnout of Young Members at last years committee meeting.

Students are now able to become members of FIABCI at 75% discount. JOIN NOW !

Bimestrial dinner conferences take place in trendy Parisian venues. Topics include new products in the real estate investment market (OPCI).

The Young Members in Holland are the star pupils of Europe. They have 64 Young Members and meet on a monthly basis. More..

The Fiabci Young are rapidly building their network and sharing knowledge. In 2006, they will be wine tasting in the cellars of Amsterdam, sailing and spending the day shadowing the work of one of their members.
